Its superior heat stability is a key highlight: barium ions neutralize hydrogen chloride (HCl) to block PVC’s autocatalytic degradation, while zinc ions replace unstable chlorine atoms on PVC chains to inhibit discoloration, well adapting to high-temperature processing scenarios in PVC production.
Powder Ba Zn stabilizer also boasts excellent processing adaptability. With both internal and external lubricity, it features good dispersibility and low dust emission, improving the operating environment. It can be used alone or synergistically with liquid stabilizers and epoxy compounds, reducing formula costs while promoting low-temperature gelation and enhancing product surface finish. Additionally, it has outstanding weather resistance and anti-yellowing ability, ideal for light-colored and colored PVC products, with low migration and blooming risks for dark products.
